He scanned a document to me and it was just as good quality as a large copier

When we finally replaced the print cartridge, it was a total hassle getting it to start printing again, and the quality was never as good as out-of-the-box

I was plesantly surprised and the the quality of the printing, black and white as well as color is wonderful.

This one is half the cost of my last one and it has great print quality (fast too) and I am taking advantage of the their new ink program as well

Black & white quality is really excellent; color is OK -- not perfect, but I was printing on general purpose inkjet paper, not photo paper, and it was fine for my use.

horrible print quality, rattles and shakes like a piece junk, has a major problem with Century Link - printer goes to sleep after 2 minutes, which cannot be changed, then it disconnects and the only fix is to reboot the router - ridiculous!

It can be used for photo printing, but you will not get results as good as with an actual photo printer or higher resolution scanner.

The only way to print with this machine was to turn it off and on again, then print what I needed as fast as I could before it lost connection
