This printer always jams my paper and it always wrinkles and rips the top of the page of the paper

As all I told them was that the printer was brand new and kept giving me a "paper Jam" error.)Started the return process with Amazon

This is a desk printer so you do have limits such as how much paper it can hold and how much it can print before running low on ink, but that is expected if you don't want a big copier/printer in your home that you would normally find at Staples or some printing room at an office building.

Kept getting Paper Jam error, but there is not actual paper jam

Paper gets jammed every time

Only complaint is paper comes out front & if you lack space to put arm to catch, it falls on floor
