the only thing I will say use the disk to install it just a much better connection.

I've replaced the ink twice since I got itAlso, the connection between the printer and the computer is lousy - both wireless and wired

Loses connection from WiFi occasionally.

I planned to connect to the Ink Subscription program but was unable to as there is no internet connection available.

Also the wireless connection often does not work and I have to restart both the laptop and hp printer to get them to sync.

I gave this 4 stars because only issue I have is tthe connection and the printer

Large paper capacity and quality printing, solid wifi connection although the app could be improved to automatically add you scans to your photos.

Connection is easy but in just one month, I could scan but not print or copy

Now it loses connections.

The connection was tricky so was not able to try instant ink signup

Loses connection to computers OFTEN, printer heads clog OFTEN

Constant loosing connection.. spent hours on the phone with hp support.. seriously hours...same issue.. really disappointed!!

However, on a positive note, it does have a good scanner and pretty solid network connection.

Setup of the HP (including wireless connection) was much easier than the Canon and the electronic menus for printing, scanning, and copying are much more intuitive

The driver caused my wireless HP Officejet Pro x451dw to fail and since I gave up and handed it to her (some rotten husband I), she is wild with frustration (and she was a LAN manager for a large firm, very skilled) but the scanner driver has stepped on her Scanjet
