    • I called HP support and, even though it broke before my year warranty had expired, I guess I messed up and didn't call until after it expired.
    • It was hard to find the HP support number
    • After following HP troubleshooting recommendations and also speaking with HP support over the phone, HP tells me the print head has failed and the printer needs to be replaced
    • HP support is useless and their online answers basically amount to reinstalling the drivers

    • Contacted HP support and they told me I need to buy a new printer
    • I have done all of the trouble shooting on it from HP support, still not

    • Would you like to spend and hour and 30 minutes on the phone with HP Support and have them tell you to try every scenario you have already gone through before calling these useless people

    • Contacted HP support and was told that it malfunctioned and could not be fixed
    • Spent hours with HP support, I in error allowed them screen control of my Mac, then they proceeded to accidently corrupt my OS requiring a complete re-install of the OS.
    • When the printer was working, it met all basic expectation, however in a single year I had to have two replacements!!!Also, there were an additional two times I contact HP Support where I had to completely re-download the software because of an inexplicable printer failure
    • Call hp support and they are sending a replacement
    • I called HP support and they had me go through all the procedures for trying to fix
    • Now, I am one month past warranty and HP support will not honor that fact that it was a pre-existing condition
    • HP support sends to an off shore tech support that wants $99.99 to try to fix it and can't guaranty it will be fixed
    • But here is what I wrote to them in response to their request to share my recent HP support experience:Did not like getting a refurbished unit
    • It’s probably easier to get in contact with the President than it is Hp support

    • Constant loosing connection.. spent hours on the phone with hp support.. seriously hours...same issue.. really disappointed!!
