It doesn't have a paper jam

Constantly gives you error messages: paper jams when it's not jammed, printer failure, turned it off incorrectly (with the power button?!) even after installing genuine HP printer cartridges.

Easy to load ink and paper and i have had a paper jam but easy to get the paper removed unlike some printers i have had

It would constantly say there is paper jam when there wasn't and wouldn't work because of this.

Then there was a paper jam

It says in the window that it has a paper jam

Now, after 4 months there is a paper jam that cannot be cleared.

I went through all of the phantom paper jams and other crap and wanted to put a contract out on the tech support people

I am having the same faulty issues, with it saying to clear a non existing paper jam and that my printer wasn't turned off correctly and if you don't use it constantly you have to monkey with it to get it going again.

Unfortunately, I've had nothing but problems from "phantom" paper jams, to error codes that there's no explanation for, to defective print cartridges through their automatic ink program

Worked great for one week then got a false paper jam message.

I too have gotten the fake paper jam error, it wouldn't print in color, and now for the last several months the PRINTER FAILURE #0x610004a error

When it works, it is great, but I just spent a very frustrating hour clearing a non-existent 'paper jam' fault message.

Received it and the first thing while setting up Is paper jams and the ink cartridge wouldn’t move.

No problem, I did that and it started back with the 'paper jam' problem then the 'improper shut down' message again.

I also recommend the HP InstantInk service as it makes it easy to keep yourself in good supply and it is cheaper overall than buying at the office products store.

The print came out discolored and faint as if It was out of ink even though all ink was fresh.
