But that printer got work done MUCH FASTER than this one, since it actually PRINTED when you press print, as opposed to going into a long and superfluous "cleaning" process more than half the time which takes 5 minutes each time

Really, you waste my time like that when what I have told you already tells you that the problem is with the hardware.

I had a hard time figuring out how to set up the printer, because the quick set-up sheet was all pictographs that I didn't understand, and I didn't have a child handy to interpret them.
