HP OfficeJet Pro 6968 All-in-One Wireless Printer with Mobile Printing, HP Instant Ink & Amazon Dash Replenishment ready (T0F28A)

    • The last time this happened, I got frustrated and unplugged the printer, plugged it back in, and immediately got a message berating me for not shutting down the printer properly LOL.
    • Not even worth the time to figure out...
    • I grounded myself multiple times to dissipate the charge before plugging this in, especially since it's not a grounded plug, but I suspect the ESD sensitive components inside this printer were shot before it even got out of the bag inside the foam inside the box inside the
    • and I have a really hard time reestablishing it
    • Ordered this in October for my father (74)--he used this printer less than a dozen times--if that, and already it does not work.
    • I cleaned the heads several times and replace ink cartridges.
    • Delivered on time easy set up and remote printing from my phone is great
    • We got the printer and it printed 4 times and it wouldn’t work again
    • Makes me furious every time.
    • Paper jam all the time
    • However, I am having hard times with the wireless connection, because after to set it up, after a few days it is
    • Frequent false paper jams wasting my time.
    • Find a dealer with one in stock or send one to the dealer and save your customers who are already inconvenienced some time and effort
    • It sucks having to waste precious work time googling how to fix these issues or figuring out little hacks to get it printing correctly
    • This HP printer arrived in good time and works well.
    • Again, it's not really the best time HP, to try to sell
    • After reading other comments, I won't waste my time.
    • It sucks having to waste precious work time googling how to fix these issues or figuring out little hacks to get it printing correctly

    • These scans were after I had run the clean the printheads 5-6 times
    • this has given me a problems almost every time i print
    • Frequent false paper jams wasting my time.
    • I thought we were having an awesome time together, but then your printer suddenly became too high-
    • I give it a 1 star because it has refused to work too many times when I needed it
    • Speaking of waste, do not waste your time with this printer
    • But that printer got work done MUCH FASTER than this one, since it actually PRINTED when you press print, as opposed to going into a long and superfluous "cleaning" process more than half the time which takes 5 minutes each time
    • Time will tell how fast we go through ink and if the ink jets stay un-clogged, but so far - so good.
    • Good timing.
    • Oftentimes, it is time consuming and somewhat annoying having to get the network details entered, but the data entry steps on this printer are actually pretty easy
    • I have called customer support a few times and they cannot fix the issue.
    • so I'm not some troll out here wasting your time and this is a legitimate product review
    • This machine just wastes your time too much.
    • I wasted so much time because they sent me a printer that didn't work
    • I would not waste time or money
    • A factory reset fixed a couple of the issues, but I was seriously having a major problem nearly every time I tried to print something.
    • I've wasted so much time attempting to problem solve, all the while draining the ink.
    • All-in-One for less than 6 months, used it only infrequently, yet several times it's given me big problems
    • If they had wanted to build a machine to waste time and electricity, HP couldn't have done better
    • this printer don't work if you want to print wireless, every time i try to print it says NO AIR PRINTER FOUND .usless
    • I have wasted so much time on this already
    • and I didn't want to waste time on a printer
    • Really, you waste my time like that when what I have told you already tells you that the problem is with the hardware.
    • I had a hard time figuring out how to set up the printer, because the quick set-up sheet was all pictographs that I didn't understand, and I didn't have a child handy to interpret them.
    • I'll tell you; I resort to I trying to reestablish connectivity by dragging out my ancient, dusty ethernet cord and connecting physically to the printer, but even this solution is only successful after spending like an hour each time fiddling with it
    • I have printed 150 page docs on the 8600 with no problems in very fast time with good quality
    • The driver caused my wireless HP Officejet Pro x451dw to fail and since I gave up and handed it to her (some rotten husband I), she is wild with frustration (and she was a LAN manager for a large firm, very skilled) but the scanner driver has stepped on her Scanjet
    • Works as I would
