I couldn't find a phone number to call so gave up and sent an email through the HP support portal with a question.

It took me several days of calls with HP support to get the problem resolved

Worked with HP support to troubleshoot and tried several different drivers with no success

And, as usual, the HP support is useless

And, yes, we have called and worked with HP support who could do nothing

I then called HP support and was told that the solution to my problem was to upgrade my printer

Contacted HP support and got a new one in 2 days

so I found a phone number for HP support

I have spent hours on the phone with HP Support and they keep referring me to higher level techs who cannot seem to keep a call back commitment

Not even worth my time to waste an afternoon with HP support.

And, as usual, the HP support is useless
