    HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 All-in-One Wireless Printer with Mobile Printing, Instant Ink ready (M9L66A)

    • I couldn't find a phone number to call so gave up and sent an email through the HP support portal with a question.
    • It took me several days of calls with HP support to get the problem resolved
    • Worked with HP support to troubleshoot and tried several different drivers with no success
    • And, as usual, the HP support is useless
    • And, yes, we have called and worked with HP support who could do nothing
    • I then called HP support and was told that the solution to my problem was to upgrade my printer
    • Contacted HP support and got a new one in 2 days
    • so I found a phone number for HP support
    • I have spent hours on the phone with HP Support and they keep referring me to higher level techs who cannot seem to keep a call back commitment
    • Not even worth my time to waste an afternoon with HP support.
    • And, as usual, the HP support is useless
    • Geek Squad come out twice, HP support, everything
