    HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 All-in-One Wireless Printer with Mobile Printing, Instant Ink ready (M9L66A)

    • Ran out of ink, installed new cartridges, and got the same incompatible cartridge message
    • 954 ink discontinued, 952 ink not compatible I've been dealing with this printer and the incompatible ink message for 2 months now
    • I cleared the jamb, but could not clear the error message either on the printer control panel or through software
    • UPDATE 8/3/18:Amazon came through for me and replaced the cyan ink cartridge after I issued a "tech support" message via Amazon in-house support
    • If you ignore the bogus error messages, it's easy to use
    • one that ink ran out and i put in 952 ink that i purchased I get the "incompatible cartridge" message once again
    • One day, it will simply pop up a message, like the one I am looking at now, that states, "Depleted cartridges must be replaced to resume printing
    • But more often than not, I get weird messages like " the printer is busy" and it is sitting there not doing anything.
    • I removed and reinstalled the "c" labeled cartridge 20 times .. kept throwing that error message BRAND NEW OUT OF THE BOX PRINTER USING SHIPPED SET UP INK and HAVE to use this ink because of a chip So frustrating
    • When I have to change paper size, it can't just "do" that, you have to mess around with your printer settings in the computer as well as on the equipment.

    • Very disappointing..printer delivered today won’t work as it gives an ink cartridge error on blue/cyan color
    • Even though I have had it for just about 24 hours, I would have to give it five stars for the simplicity of its installation, as well as for the ease and quality of printing
    • (There are three separate color cartridges, and they are even sold separately as well as in a combination package, but the implication was that all the color cartridges had to be replaced.
