    HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 All-in-One Wireless Printer with Mobile Printing, Instant Ink ready (M9L66A)

    • Bought this POS on March 21, 2018 as of June 25, 2018 constantly paper jams
    • After 9 years of perfect service, my HP 8600 was killed by a simple paper jam
    • By week 8 (and no longrr eligible for return), feeder stopped working, kept giving error that there was a paper jam when there was not.
    • All paper path rollers need to be accessible in event of a paper jam.
    • I had the previous HP model which functioned okay with just a few phantom paper jams a year
    • I have been using HP printers for about 15 years and frankly the 8710 although listed as a business model seems kind of flimsy and prone to paper jams unless used with very heavy paper I would recommend stepping up to 8720 if you're going to use this for anything other than personal use

    • (There are three separate color cartridges, and they are even sold separately as well as in a combination package, but the implication was that all the color cartridges had to be replaced.
