HP makes it difficult to find their phone number and when you do call you just sit on hold .

I couldn't find a phone number to call so gave up and sent an email through the HP support portal with a question.

Calling HP Customer Support was a disaster: Took 30 minutes to find HiP's request for customer support - they send you a case number with a phone number.

but the name of the contact printed out on the fax confirmation sheet rather then just the phone number, as with this HP
