Product is a waste of money too expensive not enough fun for pre teens and teens.

The wifi kept disconnecting, the product is very noisy, and it had no sticky paper

The app was super easy to use, and I was pleased with the quality of the pictures

However, the day of the party we were having trouble connecting the app to the Sprocket via WiFi (our WiFi was good because everything else was working fine), so at first we couldn't even take any pictures and then sometimes it would connect and all the pictures were being saved in the queue, so some of our guest were not able to take their pictures the day of the party

Not sure if it was an APP problem, printer problem or maybe even my own phone problem.

I had never heard of a sprocket printer before, but this little thing is awesome especially if you take a lot of pictures

This thing is garbage we have not been able to get it to print anything or get it to stay connected once trying to “reload” the stupid print sheets

The nice thing is that you can print more than one of the same picture and can see the picture before you print it.

This is the one thing my daughter asked for and the most expensive thing we bought

The other way to use it is with your phone or tablet and the free Sprocket app.

I would not recommend editing photos in the app as the quality might not be as great

Bad photo quality the photos come out looking fake & soo white also dark !

The photos are always printing darker than what's on the app screen, but maybe I need to practice using it more.

It is very easy to use and it has surprisingly great picture quality.

I bought one and all the photos were tinted blue and were of terrible quality

The print quality is a bit disappointing for the price: the prints can turn out grainy or tinted (overly warm colors) unless I play with filters to tweak the colors a bit

You have to brighten the photo significantly before printing because the prints are very dark.

I use the sticky photo paper to decorate with my room with pictures from my adventures.

We use this printer to print pictures on sticky paper in order to scrapbook our vacations

The paper isn't flimsy and on the back of the pictures there is a peel and stick

She loads the paper without the little blue card and it works great

This is the best item that ever came out no ink to buy just the paper wonderful

easy!The only negatives are the lack of instructions and that the paper cover could have been made to be a bit more secure.

Even if your using a Polaroid zink paper that is used on the Polaroid model, it does do a minor downgrade for just the color image just a bit

The color is a bit darker than the originals.. and red seems to come out more brown than red

There is a problem with color casts on the photos that is, apparently, a known issue that HP doesn't deal with

I went on to HP forms and Facebook groups to see if anyone else is having the problem -- apparently this has been a known issue with HP Sprockets for a while and there's literally nothing customer service can do for you

In the "help" section, it does say to plug in the phone to ensure that it stays on long enough to finish the update, so it seems to be a known issue.

I put in a trouble email about this at HP and here is what HP said about the problem."Unfortunately there is a known issue with iOS 10.2 that is impacting all Bluetooth devices

I actually really love the HP 2 n 1 for what it offers, and the joy in seeing my children print off their photos right away
