My issue is the hardware

With all that being said there are three reasons that I can't seriously be recommend this phone, first it will not be upgraded to Windows 10 which is ashamed because it clearly has very capable hardware.

if you know what to realistically expect from a windows os phone this has great speakers/hardware

Love the blend of the great hardware that HTC makes and the ease of Windows Phone

Very nice hardware, good looking photos (don't be deterred by the lower resolution compared to some cameras)
