So frustrating and I because of HTC's horrible customer service I will never buy another HTC product again.

HTC has horrible customer service and my phone has been "being repaired" for a month

This could have been a great phone, but because of my experience HTC will have lost a long time fan and customer of theirs.

Again, despite having a great product, I cannot recommend buying any HTC product based on their terrible customer service.***UPDATE as of September 4th***I made a few more unsuccessful attempts with HTC customer service

The HTC U11 is basically a U Ultra that doesn’t suck and has a few more bells and whistles.

I'm using this phone on T-mobile and everything works, WiFi calling, VoLTE
