I LOVE my HTC

The HTC USonic with Active is more trouble than it is worth

This is the best phone HTC has ever made, super fast, great camera (just got 60 fps video recording update)

I have two other HTC phones, which I really liked.

HTC set out this year to correct that mistake and they did so in a big way.

but I prefer HTC

Excellent sound and the great HTC front end speakers

In short, I'm ready to throw this phone out and go to Samsung or Apple, not because it's a bad device but because HTC is clearly struggling and can't keep up commitments, quality or service levels to remain competitive.

After working with very helpful HTC technical support, they asked that I get the card replaced.

I can say though the more things you do the faster battery life decreases It charges up pretty good thanks to the HTC Rapid Charger that has Qualcomm's 3.0 charge

now I find out that HTC DOES NOT offer the Uh Oh protection for this model

I really like HTC's software build as well since it's pretty close to stock Android without too much bloat

While others were making their phones super tough HTC went the opposite direction, and the one time protection doesn't apply to this phone, why

HTC was thoughtful to provide a free clear phone case, which I still use.-Lack of headphone jack is initially annoying

It appears that HTC has had issues with parts supply, particularly glass, so also expect long waits and expensive repairs

Great phone ,shiny fingerprint magnet HTC has cornered the market on light weight os/HTC sense,one thing I have to add this phone comes with it's own built in software of some kind that keeps the phone at some factory level or from no settings to be changed you must install your stuff slow and tell the phone as it asks to allow things to happen such as changes it was frustrating at first till I caught

I contacted Google as well as HTC

I miss the HTC M8's stereo speaker

I positively recommend the HTC U11!

I contacted the HTC Support Team to request an exchange for another HTC 10 or, even better and my absolute preference, an HTC U11 -I was willing to pay the difference for the upgrade

I rejected HTC's response through the BBB, since HTC appears incapable (for an indefinite amount of time) in honoring their end of the agreement to repair my phone, especially since they had a month and half before the storm to do so, and are not likely able to actually account for my phone's current whereabouts or condition at this point in time

HTC is always sleek, stylish and has every single thing that you will ever want or need in a phone

The HTC U11 could very well be the best smartphone on the market at this current time.

Been a loyal HTC user since the HTC One S love th 11th version of their flagship though miss the stereo speakers.

The phone itself was a great phone but the HTC support team gets a 1 star.

I'm using this phone on T-mobile and everything works, WiFi calling, VoLTE
