The quality on this phone exceeds all expectations
-
Sound quality is great.

The Amazon Alexa feature has been clunky and inconsistent at bestOverall, I prefer the HTC U11 over it's Samsung flagship competitor, the Galaxy 8, due to its superior camera quality, UI, and exterior aesthetic

Good luck if the back breaks as of now.

Using a Spigen case but still shocked as it is all glass!!
-
I did it, and the voice side worked as it should.
-
No display "crazing" as with some Apples, so good to go with magnetic mounts (with steel plate on case).

Lastly, the feel of the phone to me it's not as slick as I initially imagined it would be.

I'm using this phone on T-mobile and everything works, WiFi calling, VoLTE
