I purchased the HTC Vive locally, contacted HTC when my controller became defective after just a week
-
Pretty slick controller when it was fully working.
-
So far this controller has worked just as well as the original and I can finally play Pavlov and Onward again without extreme frustration
-
As I ended up returning the last controller I bought, I've noted that NO ONE has ANY controllers available now.
-
Well what can I say, previous controller just stopped syncing up
-
HTC is going to make a killing off people buying an extra $125 controller so they can use their system while they take weeks fixing or replacing bricked controller.
-
One Controller stopped working after only two weeks.
-
This controller will fail after a short period of time With this issue and you have to send it in for repair.
-
They continue to sell faulty controllers
-
Controller works great, was easy to set up and has met all my expectations
-
As far as I'm concerned, the controllers need to be recalled and a proper replacement issued
-
The controller works great but the price is why I’m rating 1 star.
-
These controllers are terrible.

I love my Vive, but I can’t wait for some third party manufacturer to create a worthy controller.
-
I have not purchased a new controller yet, but the controllers I have from the original packaging are faulty
-
At this point I think the controllers only become "unavailable" because they know people are waiting for improved versions to come out & can count on a bunch of sales when they are back in stock.
-
The charger that came with this controller shorted out and stopped charging ( I could see black on the connections the charger and controller )also in-turn BROKE my controller at the same time by
-
Well, these controllers are worthless, and HTC sucks at helping its customers
-
Either way, the controller is a nightmare because of this single faulty design; it would be 5 stars if it wasn't for this problem
-
I've bought an extra controller and sent one in to be fixed @htc (cost $100 to fix) and they break easier than the old Atari controllers..
-
I am told 5-6 weeks for the controller to be repaired, absolutely unacceptable for a defect.
-
The controller that came with my headset was broke and another broke with light use shortly after
