After having the headset only since February 17th of this year I've had to dock a star because now sound is terrible using the headset and audio sounds like garage band quality music due to the loose connection

However, after 2 years, one of the ears has stopped playing audio due to a loose connection in the wire going into the right ear.

I've had this headset for 2 years and it is still delivering excellent audio, Durability has been great, no loose connections in the wires or any kind of issues with the headband and ear-cups

I hardly ever interacted with the connector that allows to change the volume, but the headphone cord managed to come loose leaving me with a poor sound connection

Haven't had this headset that long and the mic is beginning to echo as well as the jack isn't making full connection so the hearing in the right/both ears is missing most times

Inline connections are very reliable

It reminds me of being a kid and trying to listen to a move on the plane but the connection is bad so I would constantly twist, pull, bend the cord to get sound

Not worth buying in my opinion; the connection between the dongle and the audio jack is very loose which creates a problem when launching a game with the mic portion of the jack disconnected from the dongle requiring a restart of the game

Have persistent loose connection issue and the braided cord has tangled up to a point of no fix

and I thought it might be a loose connection or a connectivity issue but just got progressively worse.

Overall this is an excellent pair of headphones to plug into your phone or music player to take with you on your travels but the loose connection between the audio jack and the dongle, and the hissing sound make this hard to recommend to ANY gamer looking to communicate with friends or teammates.
