When I first tested it out, I noticed that the volume control was a little finicky

It get 3 stars for comfort and fit, but the volume control is really lacking and other people are having these same two problems:1

Grievance number 2 is that the volume control half way down the cord has an enormous button on it that is used for playing/pausing music, or answering calls on a phone

The volume control is just frustrating on an otherwise great headset.
