What he typed up “Complaint: When I bought these headphones I was amazed, braided cable, amazing sound quality, and comfort
The sound is incredible and the comfort and fit are amazing
Pros: good sound quality, high level comfort, easy to use, and comes with a built in microphone that can be unplugged to turn your headset into headphones
The comfort and sound are great for gaming and listening to music when your aren’t in a group chat
My grandson loves the comfort and quality of this headset...says they are more comfortable than his brothers "Beats"
you have normal/small ears and want a sturdy, well-priced headphone with decent sound, you're at the right
There is this constant push and pull between craving the best and latest games or devices and the number of digits in your bank account, but the HyperX Cloud offers a high quality gaming experience at a reasonable price
but I would recommend a different one due to durability worries at such a steep price and apparently the warranty that comes with
Comfortable, sounds decent, the perk of removing the mic from the left ear piece is great for traveling, decent price for the quality
Pros:-$80 is a fair price for the headset, so you`re not going to break the bank on this one
After 5 months the microphone has broken on this headset
After about 9 months the microphone died and now after about 15 months the cable connection coming into the headphones themselves is half busted so the left speaker no longer works.
_great_ for a headset (obviously not as good as a professional, dedicated microphone)
so I was reeeeeally careful with it) and the microphone just stopped working
First ordered in July and after couple of months use, the microphone stopped working
Literally the best gaming headset on the market besides the hyperX cloud 2 and the alphas
Cloud Gaming Headset has like no bass at least when I played xbox sadly so careful, but they are pretty comfy, a little
This not your typical chintzy, flimsy plastic gaming headset
I have used many headsets through the years and typically wear them for up to 6 hours at a time in my lengthy evening gaming sessions, and this headset has never once become uncomfortable after extended use
Best gaming headset for the price although in reality Bluetooth is much better
I like that its wired since i dont have to charger it but the volume was never that great on it and also if i dont have the volume maxed out, I cannot hear from one side of the headphone.
Sound cuts in and out just like a lot of other people described, likely due to cheap quality wires.
The wiring is cheap and causes crosstalk between the mic and headset
Great sound and mic quality, but really terrible and faulty wiring
The audio cable was not damaged externally, but after wiggling it for a seconds I could get sound to arrive in the right ear, so it seems like the internal wiring to the headset itself was damaged
Maybe its my head but the band is pretty stiff and the ear cups although soft fit pretty tight
One of the most comfortable head sets I have ever owned
The silver edition runs a little small for my fat head, but after a couple sessions it fit perfectly
This headset has trained me to stay completely still during my calls and hope I don't lean my head too far or accidentally have my leg hit the giant mute button on the ridiculously long cord
and now I need to buy a higher quality (and likely, more expensive) head set.
However... six months in and the wiring is failing, just like the reviewer before said
Left ear stopped working 2 months into having them...very disappointed as my son bought these with his own money...would love to be able to get a replacement pair, but the window for return has closed:(

They actually do not break in 2 months, he has had these for 8 months now and still work perfectly
The joints that connect the headpiece to the ears are solid pieces of metal, which is WAY better than the flimsy plastic ones that I had on my last pair
The microphone kind of sucks though because the plastic on it likes to split a bit, but it's not something I'd dock a point over given the overall quality of the headset.
Speaking of the headphone cable it's a very nice braided wire instead of a cheap plastic cable you'd expect to fray or get cut easily
After about a year of use, plastic casing on the side snapped and the microphone has static
This not your typical chintzy, flimsy plastic gaming headset
you're a fan of the sound of open headphones, removing the ear pads creates that nice open/wide sound without letting in background noise, and they still fit extremely comfortably without the pads
The mic on this is crystal clear, and it doesn't pick up background noise
The Mic sounds good but I had to buy a external usb sound card to stop the mic from picking up alot of background noise
The headset works great, the mic is amazing in that it doesnt pick up any of the background noise, and the headset itself provides very clear audio
However testing shows the mic seems to like picking up background noise quite a lot
Right now I’d consider the headset unusable and wouldn’t recommend based on the short life span.
Unfortunately the headphones are only as strong as it's weakest link, the headphone plug broke shortly after plugging it into my iPad it broke
Using an already established budget headphone as the base gives the HyperX Cloud a distinct advantage over the sea of gaming headsets out there, most of which sound unbalanced at best and would never make it in the headphone market sans mic
Love the headset however I believe that my Audio Controller is broken as it causes sound to not come from different sides unless the scroll wheel is in a specific position.

Not worth buying in my opinion; the connection between the dongle and the audio jack is very loose which creates a problem when launching a game with the mic portion of the jack disconnected from the dongle requiring a restart of the game
I hardly ever interacted with the connector that allows to change the volume, but the headphone cord managed to come loose leaving me with a poor sound connection
Overall this is an excellent pair of headphones to plug into your phone or music player to take with you on your travels but the loose connection between the audio jack and the dongle, and the hissing sound make this hard to recommend to ANY gamer looking to communicate with friends or teammates.
Haven't had this headset that long and the mic is beginning to echo as well as the jack isn't making full connection so the hearing in the right/both ears is missing most times
It's like there is a loose connection within the cable
