Back to the perfect parchment...*I mentioned I use it for brick-oven pizza, and I do realize it says right on the box that it is "oven safe to 428*F/220*C" and here I am using it in a 500*F oven on a brick pizza stone, but I'm telling you, it works so perfectly and after the typical 6-7 minutes to fully cook the pizza, the edges of the parchment are only just slightly blackened
