Although I have used several types I really love this as I can put it under my pizzas at 450 degrees and it does not burn.
It's so thin and flimsy that it's nearly impossible to tear off a sheet of paper and after maybe 5 uses, the box fell
I'm enjoying using this over difficult to handle aluminum foil.
While I had never really researched it, I never truly felt comfortable using parchment-- I assumed there were probably chemicals of some sort that would leach into the food

Read the reviews here and my experience mirrors all of the good reviews.
first time to order this after i have read all the good reviews posted but when i got this the other day it was opened and maybe 4 inches of the parchment paper was already out
:)I hope this review finds you well, and that has been helpful to you
Like some of the other reviewers, I was a little reluctant to purchase this based on the company name, but it had enough good reviews that I tried it anyway.
I like the size of this paper and the fact that it is as sustainable as a disposable paper product can be
Fine paper, but no metal edge to rip the size you
Works good but the box fell apart as soon as I
This paper is the perfect size for sheet pans and it is also easy to work with because it’s quite thin
I prefer this size, it suits all of my baking needs thus far, and I have been using this brand for several years.--Brown, Unbleached, and chlorine free.--Microwave safe and oven safe (to 428*F)--Sheets can be
This stuff is inexpensive, environmentally friendly and my go to when cooking!!!
This is GREAT stuff, and is a very nice LARGE roll ... long enough for the largest pans
I use this stuff everyday and ripping off a clean sheet is next to impossible due to the lack of metal teeth that most boxes have.
My kitchen will never be without it...definitely can't say the same for the bleached white, thick as construction paper, always tearing while in use - but never tearing off the dang roll, huge roll of junk, being sold by "big W named baking supply company" - that stuff is a complete waste and not worth the cabinet space to store it
Outperforms the old white stuff and other unbleached by a mile
I will ALWAYS use this to replace unhealthy aluminum foil, as well as for other cooking purposes.
but I also like to use parchment paper for cooking certain things (or when I need to line something like a cake pan that the mat won’t fit)
The only Parchment paper I will use!!Let me elaborate: Rolling out the perfect pie dough, and enabling flawless transfer to pie pan - check, lining cookie sheets - check, cutting into squares and stuffing into muffin pans for "fancy & trendy" muffin cups - check, lining cake pans with perfect-not-a-crumb-lost results - check, lining tiny loaf pans - check, lining large baguette pans - check, lining & releasing ooey-gooey brownies from the pan - check, using in place of corn meal and a pizza peel for amazing brick oven pizza* - check, folding into see-through heirloom seed envelopes - check, tracing paper for sewing patterns and projects - check, toilet paper alternative - haha, kidding, but this stuff is seriously amazing and has so
Use it for baking wrapped fish, under cookies instead of greasing the pan, round cake pans and even under pie crusts
Only issue I had was the cutter didn't seem to separate the paper, ended up using scissors
I didn't like the plastic cutter either at first, but I def LOVE the paper
No "cutter", so using the edge of the cardboard to rip sections off can be difficult.
I did not have any problems using the cutter, but it does seem to work best if you pull the paper straight down while pulling it away from your body instead of toward your body
The cutter on the box was super dull but the paper itself is great
I did not find it difficult to tear off although that may change after I have used it more at which point I'll use a box cutter or something simpler to get a clean edge.
I think the parchment itself is of high quality but the cutting edge on the box is a joke
There is no cutting edge on this silly box, so there is never a nice straight edge when you "rip" a section of it off.
Not the first to notice, but the cutting edge is a joke and makes the product frustrating to use
It works fine, there is no cutting edge on the box which is a hassle.
One end of the box was completely missing and the other end was there but completely flapping
The box, however, is so flimsy that when I tried to use the built-in cutter and remove a piece, the box literally fell apart -- both ends came unglued, the cutter twisted, and the roll of parchment ended up popping out and landing on the floor
However, in this order the end of the box was completely ripped open on one end and the paper was sliding out
