Aluminum foil while more convenient may not be healthy using for cooking and hot food storage.

While I had never really researched it, I never truly felt comfortable using parchment-- I assumed there were probably chemicals of some sort that would leach into the food

As a result, you would need scissors or a knife to cut the paper, making the product pretty much useless for most reasonable uses.

I like that this can be composted at home, I bought it for it's eco friendly use and packaging but getting the paper to tear on the serrated edge
