    iFixit Pro Tech Toolkit - Electronics, Smartphone, Computer & Tablet Repair Kit

    • The only complaint I have is that wire on the anti-static wrist strap feels like a cheap slippery plastic
    • Replacing screens become easy with suction cups and thin but hard plastic wedges to remove the adhesive
    • The suction cups aren't fantastic and the spudgers/picks are made of soft plastic (good so it doesn't scratch the device, bad because they don't last long) but it's great for someone that doesn't already have these items.
    • Although the plastic pry tools could be better their metal tools work great.
    • I use these tools pretty heavily (including prying against glass screens and between hard plastics) so I'm actually impressed
    • I will say though that the reverse tweezers the plastic is far too brittle
    • Also all of the plastic pry tools are very convenient when working on complicated electronics with more tabs than you can count
    • ifixit adds (magnitized screwdriver, screw compartments on the underside of the cover, sharpened end on the plastic pry tool, rotating back ends on the screwdrivers, etc) will really come in handy
    • Even though I matched up the exact size over about three to six months several of my bits started getting stripped on the end and the plastic spudger is were so thin on the prairie edge that they would snap off or chip off rendering them useless because the plastic is too cheap and they are too thin for their own good
    • The guitar picks, spudgers, and plastic pry tools are excellent for undoing clips and generally opening plastic shells
    • HIGHLY RECOMMENDED A+++
    • Their videos are highly recommended as they are clearly presented, professionally produced, and get right to the point.
    • I fell in love with them and decided to purchase my own and figured that I take enough s**t apart that I should just go with the kit that had the case and all the essentials
    • n’t know if its $60 worth for simple tools.
