Love the materials used on the case itself- nice soft grip
haven't yet dropped the phone so dunno about protection but has a good texture and grip, great button access, doesn't block or impede camera or flash
Besides the awesome color options, it has a built-in kickstand so that you don't have to open secret compartment, the texture of the case is rubber like so as to make 4 better grip in your hands
Other than that, it's comfortable to hold and has good grip
The grip of the case is perfect for holding but not sticking when sliding in/out of jeans pockets

Since the price is affordable, I look at it as the cost of convenience.
so I have had to "train" it to the position I like, other than that it's great and a great price!
And Amazon has a great price on it less than half of the other retail stores prices.
If you want lifeproof, otterbox, or whatever other ridiculously expensive case you can think of that costs 50+ and has super protection but don't want to pay the ridiculous price tag then get an incipio
That makes me feel it was a waste of money to buy this case - the price was not very cheap, for $22 case I expect better quality

The concept is nice and the case does its job well for a few months
Love the concept of keeping my card, unfortunately after a couple of months the card slot cover broke off, not to mention the case is a matte finish that looked old and somewhat dirty a week after carrying.

I've dropped my phone a few times from as high as 4 feet since I have still not perfected one-handed texting with this large screen.

It protected the phone but the most important part of the case broke
1 and 3 year olds keep dropping our phones, no breaks so far
on.- Cards don’t rattle when you walk, or shake the phone.- All port and sensor openings are correctly sized & shaped and don’t interfere with camera/flash usage or mic/speaker audio.- Volume & sleep buttons work well and are protected.- Mute switch is easily toggled.- Kickstand was handy sometimes, in principle

I love the color of this case, but not the functionality of it
My only complaint is that the mint green color got really dirty with minimal use
The color was very nice too and my favorite parts about the case were the thick, but not overdone bumper around my iPhone 6+ screen, the card holder (which could usually fit 2 cards or 1 card and cash), as well as the kickstand which allowed you to watch movies at a great angle
It's a cool idea but the case changed color within two days and the credit card holder part broke after a week.

Quality is good for the price, but this is no OtterBox.
But other than that it is decent quality and does the job.
All in all, this is a good quality case for those of us who prefer to use our phones as our wallets, and is the good quality I've come to expect out of Incipio
great quality like other incipio cases we have purchased
It makes a connection but does not fit completely into the phone and because the connection is poor, the sound quality is terrible and the plug falls out often

The card holder is also super handy but the kickstand is useless.
The kickstand isn't very effective as it tends to close in on itself; and the "card" holder just barely fits 2 credit cards
The card case serves its purpose, but the kickstand is worthless
As it has happened to other people, the kickstand broke.
I love this case and many of the previous versions; however, after about 2 months of use my kickstand broke off completely and now my credit card door is also cracking at the hinge point

However, the flap should never rip off within a few months (or maybe my wife is using my credit card too often??)
The plastic nubs that would keep the plastic flap down to secure your credit cards wore down within a week of use allowing the wallet to never stay completely closed.
the cheap & flimsy flap opens requires two hands and full concentration
the flap that allows to door to fold that holds the card is breaking apart
The stand never worked and the flap that holds the cards breaks within a month
