The grip of the case is perfect for holding but not sticking when sliding in/out of jeans pockets
Other than that, it's comfortable to hold and has good grip
haven't yet dropped the phone so dunno about protection but has a good texture and grip, great button access, doesn't block or impede camera or flash
Besides the awesome color options, it has a built-in kickstand so that you don't have to open secret compartment, the texture of the case is rubber like so as to make 4 better grip in your hands
Love the materials used on the case itself- nice soft grip

I loved the case for the 4...it worked easily...gave the phone good protection since I dropped it often
It provides adequate protection for your phone, makes for a good prop to watch videos on your device but is a poor wallet

If you want lifeproof, otterbox, or whatever other ridiculously expensive case you can think of that costs 50+ and has super protection but don't want to pay the ridiculous price tag then get an incipio
so I have had to "train" it to the position I like, other than that it's great and a great price!
And Amazon has a great price on it less than half of the other retail stores prices.
It looks and feels amazing, at a staggeringly reasonable price
But for the price and the value of it work buying this one a second time.

The concept is nice and the case does its job well for a few months
The case is a great concept and maintains the sleek look and feel of the Iphone.
I like the concept of it and it has worked great at holding three cards, but it is now six months later and now I am looking for a new case.
Love the concept of keeping my card, unfortunately after a couple of months the card slot cover broke off, not to mention the case is a matte finish that looked old and somewhat dirty a week after carrying.
I like the concept but my case looks like it is peeling after only a couple of months use

The color makes it easy to find in my dark purse and it had definitely protected my phone through multiple drops.
It's a cool idea but the case changed color within two days and the credit card holder part broke after a week.
My only complaint is that the mint green color got really dirty with minimal use

Problem is that I've gone through two cases in the past year because of poor quality
I've used this same phone case for my last few iPhones (4s, 5s, and 6) but the one for the 6 plus is not as good quality as ones I've had in the past which sucks because I loved this case on past phones and would have given them 5 stars

The card case serves its purpose, but the kickstand is worthless
I love this case and many of the previous versions; however, after about 2 months of use my kickstand broke off completely and now my credit card door is also cracking at the hinge point
On the plus side, it feels nice, isn't too bulky, and the kickstand works fine.
The card holder is also super handy but the kickstand is useless.
The case is nice, but the kickstand is not that stable.

the flap that allows to door to fold that holds the card is breaking apart
I returned this because the back flap was tough to open, but once it was open it tended to stay open unless I really pressed on it.
However, the flap should never rip off within a few months (or maybe my wife is using my credit card too often??)
The plastic nubs that would keep the plastic flap down to secure your credit cards wore down within a week of use allowing the wallet to never stay completely closed.
the cheap & flimsy flap opens requires two hands and full concentration
