I can't say I've ever worked with a customer support team so dedicated to fixing their customer's problem

As far as great customer support - recently one of the cameras began to have issues with picture illumination during night vision mode

However, I can tell you the poor and downright awful customer service is a huge turn off

Well, our monitor stopped working last month for some reason, and Infant Optics quickly replaced it under warranty with excellent customer service, but in the brief downtime when we were waiting for the replacement unit we had to use a spare security cam
