Our monitor got bad and infant optic costumer service is horrible, they ask for so many things to just replace it

However, this unit has major connectivity issues and is a WIFI killer

As others have said already too, the monitor makes a random loud beeping noise and says "out of signal range" when it's been in the same place on the sofa this whole time
