since having it for several weeks now I must say I'm very impressed with the quality of the toner and the great customer service of the company

Unfortunately, the ink cartridge keeps spilling its ink out of the cartridge, into the inside of the printer and smearing it over everything I print.
I do not recommend anyone purchasing these cartridges, they are a great price, but when they don't provide enough ink to do the job, they are not worth it.

Received my HP-compatible toner cartridges today from INK E-SALE (my printer is an HP Color LaserJet Pro M252dw)
The cartridges were identified by the printer as NON - HP product but work flawlessly.
The cartridges work great, we have had no problems at all.
Why didn't they replace all of the defective cartridges up front
I was able to resolve the streaks by taking each cartridge out and shaking them several times

but once you install the HP software upgrade, you will get a "Supply Memory Error" and the printer will no longer work.

The cartridges seem to fit fine but when the printer went to initialize and calibrate the cartridges there was a horrible clicking noise and the message received was that the printer could not tell and send messages when toner was low.
I have tried other brand generics and have had duds from other brands but have not had a bad batch from INK E-SALE yet.
We thought the first time that it was just a bad batch, but the second bunch started leaking as soon as we installed it
I got a bad batch and product exploded all in my printer
Maybe my original cartridges were just a bad batch - these kinds of consumable products can have periodic QC issues.
