The black cartridge works well (which is what I use most), but the colors have been streaked and muted

Ordered Sept 1 all worked fine until last month red started bleeding into my invoice only black prints

but once you install the HP software upgrade, you will get a "Supply Memory Error" and the printer will no longer work.
