I have this model and even though I do not consider it very old, Insigna (Best Buy) is NO longer updating the firmware for this and several other models.

I didn't realize it was a Best Buy brand.

But so far, this is looking like a very good buy for the price.

Insignia support will not get back to me and idiot at Worst Buy says will be a charge to fix.

If you get this Insignia Player make sure to get a forever warranty and you live close by Best Buy stores as you will be going there often.
