The movies streamed well, and the user interface was fairly simple to use
The movies seemed to work okay, but the menus on the bonus feature discs were incredibly sluggish (a common problem I hear) and all of the documentary videos were resized to small little squares in the corner of the screen

Insignia support will not get back to me and idiot at Worst Buy says will be a charge to fix.
But so far, this is looking like a very good buy for the price.
If you get this Insignia Player make sure to get a forever warranty and you live close by Best Buy stores as you will be going there often.
I have this model and even though I do not consider it very old, Insigna (Best Buy) is NO longer updating the firmware for this and several other models.

is a great bluray player, despite what the other reviewers have said, and I would DEFINITELY recommend it, especially if you can deal with buying an older model (considering I've had mine for 2 years now).

You get what you pay for, and I got a cheap, fussy blu ray player that worked for 18 months then threw up all over itself.
If this unit would only work 80% of the time, it would probably be one of my favorite Blu-Ray players, but sadly, in its first weeks of life, it is below 50% on reliability
