Good simple record player
-
I purchased this without doing my research, and relied on false informationThis record player will destroy your vinyl collection
-
Besides the immediate crackle I heard upon playing a brand new record, I could tell within seconds that this was a terrible record player
-
It plays too slow on both settings and ended up damaging a beloved record.
-
Played maybe 20 records and the needle is already ruined
-
Great little record player!
-
Just wanting to appreciate my records, this is something I can deal with for now, but have a few speakers in mind for later
-
Was having alot of trouble finding a good starting record player and this one is the best
-
really nice looking record player
-
it's not as if the record itself is damaged.
-
Beautiful record player
-
Awesome record player!
-
I searched for the perfect record player for a while
-
Just got my record player, its great
-
This is a fantastic record player
-
Great record player
-
The tone arm is flimsy and skips on many flawless records, and the whole product is made of cheap plastic material
-
and I'll be hot darned if i hear about anyone's records getting dust up inside those crevasses because i failed to add that tid bit in
-
Now, with that being said, if you just want a fun little record player and you're not picky on sound quality, by all means I would recommend this
-
I bought The Eagles Greatest Hits record to pair with this gift
-
I bought it because some websites recommended it as a cheaper record player of good quality
-
so even if your record is a bit warped it will autocorrect and play it very well
-
said that, I believe the ION is a basic entry level turntable, that would give you some time to enjoy your records and start building (or expanding) your collection for a very low price
-
I think this is a great entry level record player
-
I am an old audiofile from the days of (1980's) records, so firstly this isn't a top of the line DJ setup, but not what I wanted.
-
Great little record player!!
-
Fantastic and simple...the perfect record player
-
but this definitely is a great priced, well playing, portable record player that does what you need it to, 5 stars in my opinion.
-
The very early records (1909 through 1920s) sound awful, but they might sound that way no matter what they were played on.
-
It's super stylish and the sound is pretty good for a portable record player
-
My son loves vintage records but had no way to listen to them
-
The clear top comes down and protects your records while they are playing too
-
But seriously folks this is a cheap record player
-
I started collecting records because I love the warmth, depth, and clarity of vinyl
-
This is a great starter record player for the price
-
I like the look of the suitcase style players, but many of the reviews say they don't play modern 180g records well, so I bought this beauty on PrimeDay and I already love the bejeezus out of it.
-
Best record player ever!
-
However, when I tried using it, the records wobbled so much that you could hear the distorted pitch with each revolution.
-
It’s such a great record player for the price, heavy and doesn’t feel cheap at all
-
It plays too slow on both settings and ended up damaging a beloved record.
-
It gives the record some friction so it WON'T slip
-
This is a nice record player
-
If you want a turntable to play old cheap records this is for you
-
I wanted a better record player that didn't break the buck and it definitely was a nice upgrade
-
I looked for scratches and saw none, so I cleaned the record but that didn't help
-
I'm not an expert, but this portable record player in my opinion is great!!
-
As I'm assuming it is with most players, this machine doesn't handle severely warped records all that well and it can't fix scratches, but it has played fine under other circumstances
-
I carefully rinse in water, CAREFULLY wipe with a clean microfiber cloth, and then finish with a good record brush
-
Very nice, modern looking record player
-
speakers are good and you can plug an aux cord in to play music off your phone as well as the records
-
My previous one is no longer working properly, so I was looking for one that would play my vinyl collection well (at correct speeds), not harm my records, and be able to hook up to my receiver
-
The tone arm is very thin and flimsy and skips constantly on clean records.
-
Even on really cheap records, the sound is amazing.
-
Nice little record player but the bass is lacking
-
Good record player for the price
-
This is a great little record player for the price.
-
This record player is awesome, it’s a great beginning record player for people new to vinyl (me)
-
Equally easy is transferring your records to your computer mp3 collection.
-
This is a great first record player
-
I've been on the hunt for a decent record player after trying a crappy portable Crosley one
-
This is a great record player if you are looking for minimal fuss and money to get into a decent player to hear the records you haven't listened to in ages
-
I was looking for an inexpensive record player for my daughter, so she could play some records she recieved for Christmas and this had good reviews
-
Overall, this is a nice record player that does what it's supposed to do, sounds great, and looks beautiful and modern doing it.
-
Great record player for the money
-
It comes with a detachable cover for the record player and covers the entire record completely protecting a 12' LP to keep dust from floating onto it
-
Worked fine for a little, now the speakers are shot and a record is scratched because of it.
-
and i love the cover to protect our records from dust
-
Overall it’s an awesome record player!
-
Really great record player i scouted on line between hundreds and this one works great and has great sound
-
As I'm assuming it is with most players, this machine doesn't handle severely warped records all that well and it can't fix scratches, but it has played fine under other circumstances
-
J&R's, where are you? This is an outrage
