Just like the surface on which it has to be mounted, it looks like it works only on smooth roads.

Cons: wobbles when extended, the whole assembly not stiff enough so the whole things vibrates when the road is not totally smooth

Only if you drive and hit pretty rough road, you may see it wobble just slightly, but that is expected.

We have it extended full way and there is a hair of bounce to it over very rough roads, but totally managed by the mount
