It fits my phone well, has nice features like the extra strap to hold your earbud wires and is very soft and comfortable against your arm

It advertises big enough to use with protective case and it does fit my Otterbox Defender case which I think is one of the larger protective cases on the market

This is too large - seems like it should be iPhone 7 Plus

It may physically fit an iPhone 7, but it will not work with headphones plugged into the iPhone 7.

As I walk, I hold the arm band loose enough to slide it up on my arm and Velcro it down.

I can't see the screen enough due to angle, glare on plastic and again due to the fact of the gap being deep enough that pressing on it to start the app while on my upper arm is almost impossible
