Sturdy elastic band with good velcro grip

The only knock I have is that the velcro is very strong and is sometimes difficult to tighten

The velcro is strong and the band is stretchy, so you really don't even need to release the velcro ever.

I use another case for daily use, so it's nice that my phone fits in easily and comes out without much hassle

The band itself is elastic giving you the perfect fit every time.

It is a decent product, but the return policy is a huge reason not to purchase due to the risk of the unknown

Truly fits any arm size and I can touch the screen easier than with a plastic cover.

Doesn't feel too secure since theres no plastic cover protecting the phones screen, I am not sure if it would fall out if you are jumping .

You don't have an uncomfortable plastic cover that obstructs the touch screen and when you're done using the strap, you can just keep the phone inside the case.

If you are an iphone 7 user and want the functionality of the home button, look for a case with an opening that will secure your phone better

I primarily wanted this armband for long runs, and the phone feels very secure in the case.

It fits the phone perfectly and protects it from sweat beautifully

The armband is great quality, but the phone feels like it will fall out of the silicon case at any moment

I have a very slim right fitting iPhone 7 case and it will not work inside this armband - without removing it from the case

Just pop the phone into the flexible silicone case and you're good to go.

Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a good case for working out.

This isn't a big deal, but if you have a particularly cumbersome case, you might want to consider that you'll need to remove it prior to using

and I found the 1phone 6 case from this manufacture was perfect, however this new case has several things that I dislike, 1st off the case was designed with a much bigger opening then is necessary for the camera, and the bottom of the phone is molded for a 3mm ear phone jack that obliviously doesn't exist on the iPhone 7, also the case has a pointed edge around the screen that digs into my hand (old case was nice and round), and I also think the durometer hardness of this rubber is higher (then the old one I have) making the case more abrasive in my hand
