    • Drove down steps also always stuck can not find its way home well base kept moving sliding on floor there tech support was not very helpful always blaming the battery when it would get stuck about every day.
    • Battery dies before it "finds" it's home
    • The robot works well overall, but it has a habit of getting stuck or running itself to a dead battery and dying in the middle of a room
    • Most times when you think its charging its not and when you go to use it the battery is dead.
    • The battery was not dusty, nor was there anything apparent that would cause an operating problem
    • Then the battery drains and its done?
    • Most of the time I find it in the middle of a room with a dead battery
    • Battery last for more than enough to clean up my living room and kitchen areas and still be in the battery life indicator is still green
    • The battery is good, it would be better if it lasted 90 minutes
    • First one had a defective battery
    • It passes by dirt and then the battery is dead
    • After only 3 months it has stopped working with its barrier which is frustrating (new batteries and all)
    • She did ok the second time, but again got stuck somewhere with a dead battery.
    • The battery was shipped loose, however Roomba's intentionally self-serviceable design offsets this
    • We looked up how to fix it which was to take the battery out and clean it with a dry cloth
    • Battery lasts long enough to clean for about 90 minutes
    • The battery dies when it isn't on the base, even if it's not in use

    • Battery just dies and you have to play hide and seek to go retrieve it and carry it back to the charger
    • I usually come home to find it with a dead battery in the middle of the floor because it never found home base

    • It handles one in the living room that has fringe on the ends and although the fringe gets 'out-of-whack' during the cleaning as it would with any vacuum it's easy enough to just kick back down when cleaning is over
    • I use Dyson cordless vacuum both for quick sweep through as well as for thorough house cleaning
    • Works as well as, or better than, a conventional vacuum
    • If you notice it's not cleaning as good as when you first got it, you probably need to empty the dust bin, I had to learn the hard way.

    • Ruby is still scheduled to clean daily & as I have a cat, that may continue if the amount of dust she picks up daily is constant
    • She starts and moves effortlessly, bumping her way along from room to room and cleaning as she goes.
    • Recommend buying extra spinners as they have to b replaced from time to time but inexpensive
    • I downloaded the app and all works as it should.
    • Now iRobot needs to invent one that can go up and down the steps, cleaning as it goes.
    • It would be nice if Samsung Bixby voice commands worked to start/stop cleaning - doesn't work as of today8.
    • The scheduling works exactly as you'd expect
    • You would think t would be smart enough to know where it’s home base is
    • Doesn,t do deep cleaning but great to pick up pet hair
    • n’t clean every room in our apt
