It sometimes gets hung up going from hard flooring to carpeting--just like the 800 series did

The fact that I can leave it on a schedule to clean our floors so its out of mind is a plus.

Considerably better at not getting stuck compared to the Neato Botvac Connected (BVC).-Cleans hard floors very well.-Pretty good suction power which seemed to blow the air almost straight

Capret or laminated floors doesn't matter it cleans them all.

We have hard wood floors with area rugs

I mean there are a few minor hiccups, but it handles a complex and sometimes tight floor environment in my place quite well.

We are a Roomba Family now and clean floors forever.

I would say it's probably a solid 4 star product for homes with hard floors and carpets without pet hair and maybe only a 2 star product for homes that have carpets with pet hair.

She also has a beauty shop attached to the house and took Roomba there to clean the beauty salon floors.

The reality is that I run it each day and my floors/under furniture are clean--so that is 100% improvement over where I was without it.

The Home button returns the Roomba to its docking station and the Spot Mode button vacuums in a concentrated space (a roughly 3-foot circle) for those times when you want to target a particularly dirty area instead of the entire floor

We love it, our bottom floor is on two levels and we purchased the entry level model first and were moving unit back and forth, ordered the 980 and it works even better than 1st, Extra battery life is great and App is really neat also.

It cleans our entire first floor twice (an option for cleaning).

If you value having clean floors, or even if you are the opposite and just don't want to have to clean the floors yourself, this is your machine!

Final verdict, my first floor is insanely dirt and pet hair free

I thought I was keeping my floors really clean - until I turned one of these loose!

Since I have a 2 year old and a dog therefore my house requires cleaning almost everyday which was quite a task for me until Roomba came along, now cleaning the floors is the least stressful for me

and I come home to clean floors.

Not to mention it didn't even clean my wood floors well.

As a result, I sometime put off doing a thorough job, so I never felt like my floors were clean

I usually vacuumed about every 2 weeks and people are commenting that I cleaned my floors for their visit

But mostly I am happy that our floors are staying tidy and clean with this handy, albeit costly, little gizmo.

I love how it cleans my hardwood floors as well

That being said, it really does clean well, the floors are dust free even in hard to reach places like under the beds.

I have dark floors where dust can be seen

We have also found that we now keep the floor clear of clutter so that the vacuum can do its job, so the house doesn't fall into total disarray like it used to.

This is a life changer, my floors have never been so clean!
