It was pushed to the limit because I tilt the bowl (while attached to the pedestal) in order to dump the dirty water.

I took it apart and found that the water steaming element had sprung two pinholes in it and was misting out water

Then they must be cleaned with a solvent like acetone to remove any oil or water which will interfere with the bond

But water still leaks out after I applied them following the instruction.

I then checked out the ABS tone ring and it appeared to be on the car very solidly, as solid as if it had never broken.
