It is loud and clear and the ability to play music from my phone through the speaker is a bonus

I lost the ability to make the call handsfree via the Jabra.

Both of which are stick shifts and neither have hands free ability

Thus, with no "hands free" ability, I had to pick up the phone and dial the number I wanted, while driving

Unfortunately, that limits your ability to place calls while on the road.

In addition, at times it loses the ability to respond to voice commands, and takes any input as a request to pair another phone or call their help line

The product is less than stellar and not nearly as good as their prior products.

I had the volume turned up to max on both the bluetooth speakerphone as well as on my cell phone, and I couldn't hear the other person over the sound of my car going 45mph with the windows closed and the radio off.

This really sucks as we are a household that uses both Samsung and apple products
