Captures too much background noise.

People on the other end can't understand me and they say there's way too much background noise

I do like the stronger speaker, I can hear my callers very well, however, the person I'm talking to often complains that they can't hear me or that they're getting a lot of background noise.

I have an old noisy subaru forester and with a lot of background noise I frequently need to tell it numerous times to hook up to my phone.

When she finally received it and hooked it up and we tried it out as she drove home from work and all I hear the entire drive is insanely loud background noises being picked up (windows up, no radio on, driving at 55-65mph)
