This device does not have a "Play" button, so you have to use the "PLAY" voice command or take your eyes off the road and find the play button on your phone's medial player, but "hands free" is the point of a "hands free" Bluetooth device

So bottom line is if you're looking for a decent bluetooth keep looking this one sucks.
