The speaker isn't loud enough.

I not sure about the surround sound they mention, it is just a good speaker.

Seems to me if they can afford a new car they surely get this very affordable speaker phone and protect themselves and others.

I do like the stronger speaker, I can hear my callers very well, however, the person I'm talking to often complains that they can't hear me or that they're getting a lot of background noise.

(note that cruiser has a poor speaker but connects more reliably with FM).

Best car blue tooth speaker

After 1 year of use the speaker now cracks during call.

I open it up and it looks like the speaker went out.

It's three speakers are clear without being harsh sounding.

However, the speakers are already distorting and it takessignificantly more steps to make a call than the Motorola I had previously.
