Barring not having a piece of software that was written for the Mac (which would be nice Jabra!), it works flawlessly.
-
The Jabra Pro is "light years" ahead of the Savi....and it works perfectly
-
The Jabra PRO 9470 replaced my Sennheiser Officerunner when we switched to a VoIP phone system that had an electronic hook not supported by the Officerunner.
-
The Jabra works flawlessly as a dictation input mic for dropping dictated speech to text anywhere
-
Jabra officially supports Skype.
-
In short:Pros: - Looks amazing - Jabra support is pretty nice - Sounds great if you only want to use it with your cell phone in the officeCons: - Doesn't work with cordless phones - Doesn't really work with a headset lifter
-
JABRA should sell like Plantronics a device with keypad with support for his headseat, I'll bought immediately.
-
The Jabra Pro was good and took dictation accurately using Nuance Speak Naturally, but I continuously received complaints that people couldn't hear me or I faded in and out on both VoIP and bluetooth cell phone
-
After the unit failed for the 3rd time, I discovered the Jabra Pro 9470.
-
I have probably tried 5-6 different types of headsets in the last 5 + years and nothing so far is as reliable as this Jabra
-
I would recommend this headset for anyone who likes an over-the-ear headphone/headset, and with the ability to go to a behind the neck wearing style is a plus.
-
(Now you can work around it by using your cordless phone's option to use a bluetooth headset, but with my panasonic system, it was incredibly crackily and just never sounded anywhere near as great as with my cell phone on blue
-
I tried to make it work as it was advertised for 20 min and finally gave up and disabled
-
It is still working today as great as it was the day it bought initially
