Clear reception but can no longer use the speaker phone.
The range is over 100' so we can anywhere in our building and have great reception.
I use this headset in an office building, with tons of wireless and cell phone signals intereference and I can still walk outside about 100 feet form the building and still have clear reception

After the unit failed for the 3rd time, I discovered the Jabra Pro 9470.

Since the headpiece only has one speaker it can occasionally be difficult to hear people but mostly only during conference calls when other are on a terrible speaker phone
It was a fun hour trying to get the setting right so the phone would hang up when I released the call from the headset rather than hang there sideways
