I have the dial pad and oaneaodwd head set works fine though

I like that it allows hands-free work on a POTS line (plain old telephone service) when dialed into a computer line for call center style servicing

Well, I've had this unit a little over a month and it quit working on me yestersay for no reason

The device works but the headset is not really comfortable

I love that it comes with a little hanger on the side to hang the headset from the side of the dial-pad

Great headset, very compact, good sound, and comfortable.

Headset seems a little fragile, but has held up pretty well so far.

The phone will no longer hang up by pushing the on and off button.

Great phone very clear sound was a little difficult to program the onboard features but other than I would definitely order again 4.5 stars

Great for the price, no problems with background noise or customers hearing me, but I'm not sure if the headphones are the best or my customers really suck at speaking lol

It was perfect for work use as well as for personal use

When speaking to customers it blocks out a lot of the background noise of the kids running around outside of the door

The cancellation of background noise is better than expected

I needed a headset for work as I work from home and this one allows me to hear clearly while not letting the caller hear a lot of background noise

I have not even had this phone 6 months and it has a loud noise and my customer can not hear anything I'm saying half the time it will not allow me to answer the phone I am now being put out of work until I get another phone this phone was a waste of my money and is just junk do not buy this phone spend a little more money and get a better quality phone

So, bear this in mind if you decide to purchase this item, but I recommend that you don't waste your money.

I was able to use it 2 times as the headset wire connection broke so it now usless to me as i can not talk on it as no one can hear me

It worked fine for a couple months then the people she was talking to started having a hard time hearing

My customers kept complaining that they kept hearing static each time I spoke

And I do not like the time counter does not count in hours, minute and seconds
