the only downside is battery life, however the battery in the base does a good job of charging it quickly, even when its not connected to a computer.

Pros: I am deaf in my right ear, I can wear this bluetooth headset on my left ear and hear my surroundings much better than not wearing the headset; this is a God send to people that can only hear from 1 ear.

Fits my ear well and doesn't cause discomfort using for an extended time.

I have this 5200-UC on my right ear and the 5200 connected to my cell in the other

they work poorly for intermittent background noises (like a dog barking, someone else near you speaking on their phone, a TV or radio playing, etc.)They are better than my AirPods for the noise cancellation I described above (which pick up EVERYTHING)

I haven’t used this in a noisy environment, but it seems that it would do well to filter out background noise so it is not annoying to your callers

My customers can always hear me and never complain of background noise even though I'm banging away at my keyboard.

I have a convertible and the wind and background noise is cancelled out while my voice comes through excellently.
