I bought this product so I could use it with both my phone (desk and mobile), but if the mobile portion wasn't working, it was worthless to me

The product works great, is easy to install and use.

Sadly, only the great looks remains true after a month long, awful experience in trying to make this great IDEA work at my at home office

The 9470 works perfect as specified, clear sound and interfaces with Skype (through USB), Mobile (through Bluetooth) and POTS with a Desk Phone

Second one received works fine the first was defective and had to talk to 3 customer service groups to resolve

and I'm not sure that works in my home, but except for have to bought a cheap phone and need to hook off works great

This headset works great for business, going between cell and computer audio

The product works great -- listening through the headset is as clear as through the phone's handset.

This works great with both my cell phone (Apple 5S) and desk phone (Mitel Superset 4025) although you still need the handset lifter accessory
