I find it strange that required software isn't included in the box for an expensive product

All in all, it's a solid product with good sound in and out, but it doesn't outshine the 9350 like I'd hoped.

Product shipped super fast and headset is perfect for our busy office

Great product...this is the third we have purchased.

Overall the products works and I am satisfied, it does have some problems rolling between mobile and landline so your caller may have to wait while it sync with the correct device.

If I have the same issue with this one I will look for a more environmentally friendly product next time.
