Another big issue is that when there's any sound coming FROM the call (i.e., someone is talking, or there's any kind of background noise from another caller) nothing I say is picked up...as if the mic doesn't work unless the caller is completely silent

Everyone I've talked to while using this device says they can hear me clearly with the exception of a time I was on this device and it was raining (I think it picked up a lot of background noise)
