Occasionally, but a bit too frequently, I pressed the voice command button and get a 'not supported' message

The transmission between the device and my phone is sometimes garbled which results in very odd text messages being sent

I get some pretty funny text messages from him anyway using the VCD on his phone.

so I would miss calls / text messages.

Not as good as I'd hoped

I do recommend as it has a great volume level, can be easy to use when in range of a tower (or says not supported), and the list of controls are somewhat hard to understand or don't work

Looking for some other brand that works as it should.
